When it comes to mental health, it's important to learn how to help yourself! Fortunately, MHA offers many ways to do this.
First, you can explore the links below and the pages on this website.
If you would prefer a low-tech approach, we can help you there, too! You can take advantage of our free lending library. We maintain a hand-picked selection of current and classic self-help books and videos, covering a wide range of topics. Learn more about parenting, depression, coping with loss, stress management and more! We add new titles regularly.
We also offer a large variety of free informational brochures by request that you can keep, or give to a friend. Just call or stop in and our friendly staff will assist you! We will even mail what you need free of charge. All contact information is strictly confidential.
You can reach us at (716) 433-3780 during office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We are located at 36 Pine Street, Lockport, NY 14094.
